Hair Salon in Edmond

CANCELLATION POLICY

Hair I Am Salon requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a $50 fee.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Failure to cancel an appointment and/or NO SHOWS will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a "No-Show" and will be treated as a missed appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please note: In respect for all of our customers, if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
